Community Recreation Center
Reservations are no longer required for use of the Community Recreation Center, Fitness Classes and the Pool. The Locker Rooms are also fully open.
Masks, covering the nose and mouth, are still required when entering or moving around the facility and we encourage you to continue social distancing.
The Windsor Parks, Recreation & Culture Department is proud to offer an 80,000-square-foot Community Recreation Center. The Windsor Community Recreation Center features two gymnasiums, multiple fitness rooms, an indoor aquatic facility, as well as a variety of other state-of-the-art rooms and amenities.
Note: Children 9 years of age and under must be accompanied by an individual 16 years of age or older at all times.
An indoor aquatic facility serves as the expansion's centerpiece, featuring:
- 3 lap lanes
- Hot tub for 23 people
- Lazy river
- Water slide
- Zero-depth entry pool with play feature

Please note that the Activity Pool is closed Monday through Thursday, from 5:40 to 6:55 pm for swim lessons. During that time, the hot tub and lap pool are still available.
The Indoor Pool area closes one hour prior to the Community Recreation Center closing.
The Community Recreation Center features two state-of-the-art auxiliary gyms used by the public during open gym time and for various sports and activities.
Take advantage of our cutting-edge fitness rooms on the first and second floors, featuring Cybex cardiovascular and weight equipment and space for wellness classes. See the Activity Guide page for our full fitness section.
Our indoor track offers the perfect location for walking or jogging in a climate-controlled environment.

Childcare costs $3 per child for a maximum of two hours at a time for children 18 months to 9 years old. Childcare is for those using the Rec Center only. Kid's Corner can hold up to 8 children per Childcare worker.
Children 5 and older are required to wear a mask. Children 4 and younger are not required to wear a mask.
