Public Art Master Plan

In 2020, Windsor Culture partnered with students and staff from Colorado University Denver’s Colorado Center for Community Development and the Department of Local Affairs to create a Public Art Master Plan to determine what types of art and what locations are most desired by our community. In June 2021, Windsor’s Town Board adopted a public art ordinance, paving the way for a community Art Commission. The Commission is responsible for selecting all locations, artists, and public art installed in Windsor based on the Public Art Policy
