Public Art Master Plan

In 2020, the Windsor Culture Division partnered with students and staff from Colorado University Denver’s Colorado Center for Community Development and the Department of Local Affairs to create a Public Art Master Plan to determine what types of art and what locations are most desired by our community. In June 2021, Windsor’s Town Board adopted a public art ordinance, paving the way for the Windsor Arts Commission. The Master Plan is the roadmap that WAC uses when making decision regarding community artworks.
