  2. Terms of Agreement For Monthly Membership Cancellation
    • Cancellation requests must be received on or before the 25th of the current month to be considered before the upcoming billing cycle.
    • Cancellations must be submitted in writing, by filling out this form completely.
    • All balances due must be paid in full.
    • No refunds will be issued, no passes will be prorated upon cancellation.
    • All deductions and bank withdrawals will continue through the end of the membership date until the cancellation request is approved.
