Windsor Museums encompasses a collection of historic buildings and sites that are centrally located in downtown Windsor and less than one mile from one another. It boasts a professional, creative full-time staff team of three along with four part-time educators and four seasonal interns, all dedicated to stewarding local history and engaging the Windsor community. The organization and its staff are well-regarded in the regional museum field and a trusted resource in the community.

Windsor Museums offers educational outreach primarily for 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade school children both in the classroom and at museums sites that are valued by local schools. Other programs include summer camps, field trips, tours, early childhood offerings, homeschool outreach, children’s after-school classes, adult programs (e.g. Twilight Tours), gardens to explore, and more.
