The Culture Division represents a diverse range of community and educational programs in the Town of Windsor.
The Town of Windsor Museums comprises the Windsor History Museum; the Art & Heritage Center; and the Historic Halfway Homestead, which is currently under development. The Museum Education team provides educational programming for residents of all ages across various subjects from Windsor history to outdoor education.
The Windsor Community Art Program is the Town's public art initiative, and it is managed by the Culture Division.
